Both HDR (High Dynamic Range) and flash photography offer unique benefits for real estate photography. HDR photos excel at capturing a wide range of details in various lighting conditions, providing well-balanced shots that we blend together.  On the other hand, flash photography instantly illuminates spaces, we often will flash in multiple places to ensure proper coverage of the whole shot, and those will also be blended together. Flash utilizes more individualized exposures added using our external light source, while HDR take a few different exposures but only using the properties ambient light sources. If you can't decide what's best for you listing feel free to call.

Videography provide a dynamic and immersive experience, showcasing every corner of the property with movement and real-life perspectives, capturing the viewer's attention better than static images. Through video, potential buyers can see the property in a more relatable and interactive way especially if you introduce the property with our Agent Intro Add-On. This will create a stronger emotional connection with the space and increasing the likelihood of inquiries and interest. Gain even more relatability, increase exposure and maximize the chances of finding the right buyer for the property. 

We utilize Artlist.IO, and Epidemic Sound for our copyright free music, and we will find what we think fits. Feel free to browse their sites and find a track or request it without any music and add it in using sounds via social media. Please not Social Media Highlight Reels will not contain music. 

Twilight is defined as the time right after sunset but before dusk, also known as blue hour.

Virtual Twilights are shot whenever the appointment was scheduled, and our editing team then meticulously paints and relights the home to emulate what twilight would look like, down to the finest details. Nothing beats a True Twilight as our team finds the ideal time for your twilight shots based on the time of year, weather conditions, and the properties location & attributes.

The results either way is a stunning representation of your amazing listing at the ideal time of day. 

We strive to always deliver the following day for any photos, floorplans, or virtual tours. Videos typically are 48 hours. Our editing team works around the clock to ensure your order if fulfilled as fast as we can while ensuring a stunning final product.
